This page explains what happens to information you share with Stand Sure Construction through this website.

What we collect. The contact form and the "Book a Site Visit" scheduler ask for your name, phone number, email address, property city or neighbourhood, and project details, only if you choose to fill them in.

How it's used. Submitting the contact form opens your own email app with that information pre-filled, addressed directly to Brandon.standsure@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press send from your own email account. This website has no server-side database, so we never receive, store, or process that information ourselves, it goes straight from you to Brandon's inbox, the same as writing him an email directly.

Cookies and tracking. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only thing saved on your device is a single local preference, whether you're viewing the site in light or dark mode, stored in your browser and never transmitted anywhere.

Third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry or estimate request.

Your rights. You can request that any information you've previously sent be deleted by emailing Brandon.standsure@gmail.com directly.

Terms of Service

Website content. Some project photos on this site are AI-generated concept renderings used to illustrate the kind of work we do, and are clearly labeled as such. They are being replaced with real project photos as they become available.

Estimates. Information submitted through this site, including any date or time selected in the booking calendar, is a request only. No appointment or estimate is confirmed until Stand Sure Construction contacts you directly by phone or email to confirm it.

No warranty on site content. We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it's provided as general information only and isn't a substitute for a written, itemized quote for your specific project.

Construction services. The actual scope, pricing, and terms of any construction or renovation work are governed by the separate written estimate and contract provided for that project, not by this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Changes. This page may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site or how it's used. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
